Our competency as an agile, straightforward and entrepreneurial agency is widely regarded by our customers, who gladly recommend us to others. We are therefore looking for an experienced Sales & Business Developer to expand our team in Zurich and the horizons of B-works.

Your Role

As a Sales & Business Developer, you acquire projects for our interdisciplinary teams: strategy and conception, agile software and web development, online marketing

You generate leads, visit networking events and continuously expand your network

You maintain the sales CRM and expand the deal flow

You play the role of the contact person, networker, and agent; handing over the customer to the product owner after the contract has been concluded

Together with the product owner, you prepare the cost estimate for projects and send offers to the customer in accordance with our agile contract templates

You advise customers competently, create new business opportunities, and expand existing accounts
You work autonomously and independently in the field and receive administrative support from our back office

Your Profile
  • You have an existing and broad network of customers for digital projects in Switzerland, with corresponding proof of performance in the acquisition
  • You measure yourself against your sales results, have at least 5 years of experience in sales for digital projects and have the relevant industry knowledge
  • You speak the language of the decision-makers: that means you talk to CEOs, CTOs and managers on an equal footing
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or similar with excellent grades
  • You take an active initiative to approach new customers and build new business opportunities
  • You love sales, are self-organized, and have a high level of self-motivation
  • You are communicative and a good networker: you understand how to translate complex customer needs, together with the product owner, into feasible solutions in order to create a tailor-made offer
  • You are very reliable and structured in everyday life
  • You speak and write fluent German and English; every additional language is a plus
