How it works: A structured, data-driven investment process built for scale

We follow a structured start-up selection process that benchmarks each new start-up with data from our network. This allows us to invest into early stage start-ups at the seed and pre-seed stage in as little as 2 weeks.

Lead Acquisition/ Initial Screening

We gather basic information about the startup to determine if it meets our investment criteria.

In-depth Evaluation

We conduct an in-depth evaluation and score factors including founder team, business model, market size, problem solution fit, traction, product and growth potential. If the start-up reaches the benchmark score, we submit a term sheet.

Due Diligence

We review and validate relevant information such as financials, business plan, and legal documents. If the due diligence fits with the in-dept evaluation we submit an investment agreement.

Investment Agreement

We draft and sign an investment agreement that outlines the terms of the investment and the milestones the startup needs to achieve to release committed capital.
